Summer Sight-Singing Seminar

$150.00

This six-session series will focus on ear-training, sight-singing, and music theory for singers. Participants will meet weekly. Materials will be provided for daily skill-building activities.

Sight-Singing Skill Level *

I only pay attention to the words. I get that when the notes go up, my voice should too, but how much? I can find/follow my part on the page. I could use some help reading rhythm. I can hear a melody in my head. I can play my part on an instrument, but can't hear it in my head. I can hear the written melody in my head (like silent reading) I can tell when other people are out of tune. I can tell when I'm out of tune. I don't always understand musical vocabulary. I don't always recognize musical symbols and markings. I know how to practice efficiently. I'm comfortable asking for clarification.
